How to Book a Personal Russian Language Lesson?

To do this, you need to find the My sessions section in your profile and top up your credit balance for personal lessons.
After clicking Top-Up, make sure you are in the Personal classes section and select a package size. You can top up your Wallet for 1, 5, or 10 lessons. A discount will be automatically applied to the 5 and 10-lesson packages. The cost of the lessons will depend on your current proficiency level; if you haven't taken a language level test before, you can complete one here.
Once you choose the number of lessons, you will be redirected to the payment page.
After a successful payment, the credits will appear in My Wallet. You can then scroll down the page, select Personal classes, and choose a teacher and a date.
Next, click on a time slot that works for you — it is displayed in your local time zone — and confirm it.
Your request will be sent to the teacher, and you will be able to see it in My sessions with a Pending status.
Once the teacher confirms the time and date of the lesson (usually within an hour), the lesson will be displayed with a Confirmed status. You will also have the option to add it to your Google Calendar, and you will see a button to join your Google Meet session.
If you are unable to attend the lesson, or if you want to reschedule or cancel it, click on Had an issue. We will reply to your email within a few hours.
